MARIA SHEHATA is a multi award-winning Egyptian-American comedian based in London known for her quick wit and effortlessly engaging stage presence. Maria has been on Live at the Apollo, Comedy Central Live, and Dave Channel’s Comedy Guide to Life.

Maria was shortlisted as Top Five Best New Acts at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, and has supported Jonathan Pie in London’s West End and Bill Burr at the Resorts World Arena.

Her new stand up special will air on BBC Radio 4 this year.

LISA CURRY is an internationally touring comedian and award-winning writer based in Los Angeles. She began her career as part of Second City Hollywood's house improv ensemble where she performed with heavy hitters like Keegan Michael Key and Maribeth Monroe. 

Lisa has written for NBC, TruTV, Fuse, and Comedy Central, where she was a staff writer on “The Jim Jefferies Show.” After the series finale, Lisa opened for Jim on his theatre tours. Lisa’s debut comedy album, “Alive For a While”, debuted at #1 on iTunes, received an exclusive release on SiriusXM, and was submitted for Grammy consideration. In September 2025, she released her debut standup special, “Emotionally Edging” to critical acclaim.
